I have been making Bitizen fan-art tributes since 2014 for Philippine personalities and friends. This fanart's for the DC hero and TV Show called The Flash.
Sprites were originally at 32x32 pixels. Made using MS Paint, enhanced using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
